It is a three bedroom space with the master bed having walk-in closet space as well as a master bath and balcony overlooking Lake Memphremagog.

Tenant would take care of Heat (Oil), Electricity, Trash/Recycling, Plowing/Lawn care. Rent includes water/sewer. Unit includes a laundry room.

Pets are generally not preferred for this property. However, we do welcome service animals. Rent is $2,500/month and is non-negotiable.

First, Last and 1-Month Security due at signing, no exceptions. Good prior rental history, credit history, no evictions and sufficient income are required.

Once the reports are delivered to us, we’ll review your full application for consideration. If approved, we deliver a lease agreement electronically for you to sign. First and Security will be due upon signing the agreement.
