First, Last & Security due at signing. Heat, Mowing / plowing, sewer/water and one parking space included. Tenant is responsible for electricity and garbage. Applicants are required to complete a rental application.

Rent is non-negotiable. First, Last and Security due at signing, no exceptions. We are looking for quiet, responsible tenants. Good prior rental history, credit history, no evictions and sufficient income are required.

If you wish to move forward with the application process, you'll provide proof of income (generally the last three months) for income verification and we'll run a credit / background check upon your consent. 

Once the reports are delivered to us, we'll review your full application for consideration. If approved, we'll deliver a lease agreement electronically for you to sign. First and Security will be due upon signing the agreement. 

LEASE TERMS:

All prospective tenants over the age of 18 must apply.
Last 3 Months income verification required upon request.
Credit / Background check for all applicants/ residents over age 18.
Credit Score of 600 minimum from one of the applications (or a cosigner).
One year lease required.
First Month, Last Month & Security due at signing. 
No Pets.
